BREAKTHROUGH: Implant could eliminate brain tumors

RT America’s Rachel Blevins joins Rick Sanchez to discuss a breakthrough device that can trick the brain into ridding itself of tumors. The “brain tumor monorail” implant uses nanofibers to mimic brain tissue itself. It has yet to be tested on human beings, but by classifying it as a “breakthrough,” the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has quickened the pace toward its availability to the public.
