Russia to shut down internet… for a day

Russia intends to “turn off” its internet in a test to prepare for a potential cyberattack. The goal is to ensure an “autonomous internet” that will be impervious to external disconnection. The authors of the law insist that the goal is not censorship or blocking of foreign sites. RT’s Yulia Shapovalova reports for the News with Rick Sanchez.
